Admissions / Training Requirements
For Online ELDT Theory Training (All 50 States):
No age or license restrictions — just:
- You must have a valid email and internet access.
- You must complete the course independently without assistance.
- You must submit accurate student and license information for FMCSA reporting.

For Behind-the-Wheel CDL Training (Houston, TX Only):
- You must be 21+ for interstate CDL or 18+ for intrastate.
- You must hold an active Texas driver’s license.
- You must show 1 year of driving experience with a standard license.
- You must be able to read/speak English sufficiently for safety and testing.
- You must pass a drug screen.
- You must pass a DOT physical exam.
- You must obtain a Commercial Learner’s Permit (CLP) before range/road instruction.
